Derek Forbort Becomes Attacking Superhero, Powers Bruins to Win Against Flyers

Yet another unnecessary and extended vacation didn’t break the Bruins’ advance on Saturday night in Philadelphia.
In fact, halftime only allowed the Bruins to successfully adjust to a defensive shake-up and use offensive weapon Derek Forbort to score twice in a 5-2 win over the Flyers.
Leading 1-0 through 20 minutes of the game, 6-foot-4 Forbort used the opening 30 seconds of midfield to score his third goal of the season to double Black and Yellow’s advantage first.
