DENVER (KDVR) – As we begin the work week, the weather in Denver will remain sunny and trend warming.

Weather tonight: Clear and cool

Sunday night will remain clear and dry. This will help bring temperatures down to cool but seasonal temperatures in the mid-40s in Denver and closer to freezing in the high country.

Weather tomorrow: Sunny, warmer

On Monday, more sunshine will cause temperatures to climb into the low 80s. That’s about 5 degrees warmer than normal for this time of year.

Outlook: More sunshine and warmer temperatures this week

More sunshine is forecast for the remainder of the work week. This will help temperatures rise to the mid 80s Tuesday through Friday, which is about 10 degrees warmer than normal.

A low is looming towards the end of the week and beginning of the weekend and will move toward the area. This will bring windier conditions, more seasonal temperatures and even a slight chance of showers through Sunday.
