Dead by Daylight Developer Reveals Meet Your Maker Dungeon Raiding Game

Dead by daylight Developer Behavior Interactive has a new game in the works called Meet your maker. Planned start in 2023, Meet your maker is a first-person construction and heist game with an intriguing premise: players must build outposts full of traps and guards, and then compete with other outposts.

Meet your maker seems to have a lot in common with action and tower defense games. The game is set on a dying earth, with the player taking on the role of a steward, protecting pure genetic material (aka GenMat) so he can evolve the Chimera, a living experiment designed to protect the last humans. Therefore, the custodian needs to make their outpost hard to raid.

Each outpost can be customized with blocks, traps, and guards, and players can even set their guards’ patrol routes. Then players must raid other outposts created by other Guardians. Every match is different and you test yourself against someone else’s defense. This requires both quick thinking and reflexes, but also time learning an outpost’s features to figure out how best to tackle its unique challenges.

Meet your maker Release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X is planned for 2023.
