Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams says Aaron Rodgers has the “Michael Jordan Effect.”

There have been many game-changing moves this NFL offseason. One of the biggest was the Green Bay packers He sold wide receiver Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders, where he signed a $140 million contract extension. With that, the Raiders showed they are fully committed to fighting in the AFC by handing over quarterback Derek Carr to his former Fresno State teammate Adams.

Speaking of Adams, he recently appeared on The Pivot Podcast, where he talked about his former quarterback Aaron Rodgers. In fact, Adams said that Rodgers is one of the best in the game, saying he has the “Michael Jordan effect.”

This will surely make Packers fans nostalgic.

Rodgers has been at the top of his game lately, as evidenced by the NFL MVP awards he’s won over the past two seasons. With that, the Packers negotiated with Rodgers and agreed to a three-year, $150 million contract extension. Adams also sought an extension, but ultimately the deal to the Raiders was sealed.

Adams joins a Raiders passing attack that includes Darren Waller and wide receiver Hunter Renfrow. In doing so, he will seek to replicate the chemistry he and Carr had while playing for the Fresno State football program.

As for Rodgers, he’s working with a relatively younger receiving corps with newcomers Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs, both of whom were selected in the NFL draft. But there are also veterans like Randall Cobb, Allen Lazard and Sammy Watkins for Rodgers to target.
