Crispy peanut butter and ice cream is a timeless food war

It is a food battle old as time. Creamy or rich peanut butter better? You’re on one side or the other, and if you happen to buy the wrong thing at the grocery store, it’ll upset you in no time. But which one is really the best?

Ok, I can’t really tell you which is better than the other. It’s all about preference as it is with most food. I prefer chunky. The ice cream is okay, but for me, there’s really nothing like the difference in texture in a chewy PB. You’ll get the smoothness of “butter” and the crunch of nuts. That is perfection.

But chunky doesn’t always work for everything. If you’re making icing, cake, or cake, only ice cream will do. But if we’re talking about just eating it with a spoon, it should be crunchy.

Since everyone has their own preferences, I’ve put together a number of products and recipes to show what makes each so great. Let’s see!

1. Gelato Talenti Peanut Butter Vanilla Fudge

I was lucky enough to try this Talenti gelato and OMG, it was amazing. It has a peanut butter gelato on top, like the creamiest of peanut butter. This was followed by layers of peanut butter cups, fudge sauce, vanilla gelato, and peanut butter cookies.

It’s the cookies and cups that make up the greasy peanut butter craze.

2. Crispy peanuts

If you like crunchy peanut butter but haven’t tried peanut crunch, you need to fix that immediately. It has a candy crunch, a rich peanut taste, and it’s stuffed with peanuts.

You want to find a delicious crunchy peanut you can buy or find a recipe that pleases your taste buds. My mom makes a wonderful peanut crunch so I can only thank her for making it.

3. Nutty Buddy bars

Who doesn’t love Little Debbie Nutty Buddy Bars? They are like a classic from childhood. While the peanut butter in these bars is smooth, the crunch from the muffins and chocolate makes this perfect for any crunchy PB fan out there.

When eating, I separate each layer to eat separately. Highly recommend that method!

4. Peanut butter and jelly stick

The Barefoot Contessa AKA Ina Garten there is a recipe for the best peanut butter and jelly bars. I’ve done these at least three times and they’ve been good every time. The crispiness of the crust, crumbly toppings, and peanut toppings make this a must-have if crunchy peanut butter is your jam (pun intended).

These are like a complicated PB&J sandwich, but they also make you fall back to eating the classic sandwich as an afternoon snack.

1. Reese’s Klondike Bars

Okay, now good PB! Klondike makes a Reese’s Peanut Butter Ice Cream It is the tool of dreams. The chocolate crust on the outside is thin and perfectly crispy, but it’s the soft, creamy peanut butter inside that will make you lose your soul with joy. It’s AF is smooth and has the perfect amount of peanut butter.

2. Betty Crocker Reese’s Dessert Shop

Full disclosure: I may or may not have eaten a pan of this when I was a kid. They are so good. The bars come as a kit which you can find in grill aisle of your local grocery store. They are extremely easy to do. You only need a few extra ingredients.

Once done, leave them in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour. Then cut a slice and try not to go back a few seconds and a third.

3. Lindt . Peanut Butter Truffles

The lindt chocolates are some of the best creamy chocolates you’ll find in the grocery store, and the peanut butter truffles are some of the best they make.

Unlike Reese’s, the peanut butter in these truffles is incredibly smooth and creamy like. It melts in your mouth as soon as it touches your tongue. The only problem is trying to eat only one or two!

4. Breyer’s Reese’s Ice Cream

Peanut butter ice cream can be difficult to make, right? Sometimes it’s just not enough peanut butter. Other times, it was so peanut butter that it was almost hard to eat. This Breyer’s Reese’s ice cream is delicious.

With this, Breyer’s combines PB ice cream with real Reese’s peanut butter cups and clear chocolate curls. The creamy softness and rich flavor make this perfect for ice cream PB lovers.

So are you a person who likes to eat crispy or likes to eat ice cream? Why is that your favorite? And have you tried any of these for yourself? Do these satisfy your craving for all things PB?
