“Honestly, that kick wasn’t real,” Stephen Panis said as he stood outside a North Beach bar. “But that’s what we expect from a Niner game. Robbie Gould is a legend. Every time we see him kick the ball, we are ready.”

There was only one standing room at The Boardroom and Northstar Cafe across the street, as fans filled the parking lots.

“I got here and then they conceded it and I was like a saint [expletive] they blocked it and tied it up, and then we got really excited, and we sat watching TV, it was amazing,” said one Niners fan.

“It’s a pretty big deal, I’ve been a fan of the 49ers since 84, I have Patrick Willis, I have my boy, so it’s exciting,” said Ashley Sawyer of San Francisco.

The Niners’ Q4 rally isn’t what Packers fans want to see.
