Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs wants to bring brother Stefon Diggs to Dallas

Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs has always wanted to play with his brother, Stefon Diggs, the Buffalo Bills’ wide receiver.

Because of the age gap, Dallas Cowboys full-back Trevon Diggs never got to play with his brother, Stefon Diggs, the Buffalo Bills’ wide receiver.

Although they both grew up in Maryland, eldest brother Diggs made his first appearance in the NFL as a pick in the fifth round of the Minnesota Vikings in 2015. After being in the Twin Cities, he was traded to Buffalo in a blockbuster deal. Diggs has been a huge part of the Bills’ standing out in the AFC over the past two seasons. At 28, he has a few more seasons in the pool.

The younger brother Diggs played all four years in Alabama in the defense of Nick Saban. He was placed in the second round by the Cowboys in the 2020 NFL Draft. Still on his rookie contract, he has two more seasons left before he becomes a free agent or is beaten with the tag. franchise as a former pick in round two. At 23, his best football still lies ahead.

That doesn’t change the fact that he thinks a 14 on wide receiver will be a hit for Dallas.

Trevon Diggs Will Probably Recruit His Brother Stefon Diggs For Dallas Cowboys

Dallas may be in need of a true #1 wide receiver following the Amari Cooper deal with the Cleveland Browns, but remember who Diggs’ 2020 draft classmate is: the Cowboys’ CeeDee Lamb Wide Receiver. While it was entirely possible for Lamb to co-exist in a reception corps with Diggs’ longtime Pro Bowl brother, Dallas made him the team’s #1 widely accepted reception pick.

While it was shocking that brother Diggs was forced out of town during the 2020 NFL season, it paved the way for another potential blockbuster deal to happen. If he can get the Vikings to trade him for the Bills, maybe he can reunite with his little brother in Dallas? While that gives the Bills and Cowboys a role in opposing conventions, trading is unlikely here.

One could argue that the Bills have as good a chance as any team in the league to win Super Bowl 57 in Glendale. Dallas is a strong candidate to break out of the NFC, but keep in mind that the Cowboys haven’t played in a conference championship game since the Bill Clinton Administration. Diggs may be a businessman, but it would be bad to bail Buffalo now.

The Diggs brothers may play together one day, but the NFL’s free management company will have to participate.
