Comedian George Wallace claims he’s targeting the entire Smith family after Will Smith’s Oscar hit, fans react

Almost a week has passed since then Will Smith apologized to Chris Rock for slapping the comedian in response to a joke he made about the actor’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, while presenting an award during the 2022 Academy Awards.
Rock poked fun at Jada’s bald head by saying she’s in on the GI Jane sequel. Although Smith apologized to Rock, his family, the nominees, etc. in a video shared on the 53-year-old’s social media platforms, not many people are willing to forgive Smith for his actions. A person includes comedians in particular George Wallace.

Wallace, who has worked with Smith in the past, revealed his initial reaction to seeing Smith slap Rock during an Aug. 2 interview on Pierre Edwards’ “Pierre’s Panic Room.” He said: “When Will hit Chris Rock, he hit me. I burst into tears.”
Wallace claimed that prior to the slap, he thought the Oscars were beautifully arranged by executive producer Will Packer. The 70-year-old went on to say his entire experience was ruined after the slap.
He said: “When he hit Chris, he hit me. I was like a sacred cow. At first, like everyone, we thought it was a joke. … He ruined it for me. I’ve been waiting for my favorite actor to receive his award. My favorite actor back then was Will Smith. I love Will Smith, but today I don’t like him.”
Further in the discussion, Wallace explained that he has done it for the entire Smith family, including Smith’s children, since the stroke controversy. “So I got to that point, it was hard for me but I got so angry I just said ‘fk Will Smith’.”
While referencing Rock’s “GI Jane” joke, he added, “To this day, I don’t like Smith. F-k all Smiths. F-k them all. ‘F-k Will Smith, f-k his wife GI Jane Jada Smith, f-k those two weird ass kids… f-k him and f-k them all.’
Wallace continued his tirade by listing people with Smith as their surname who were not related to the actor. When asked if there was anything Smith could do to regain his trust, Wallace replied that the ‘Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ star’s actions were unforgivable as the slap would have a lasting impact on Rock’s life.
He said: “I’m the first person to say tonight to sue Will Smith for $200 million because Will needs to feel this pain. Chris will always feel that pain. I know these are jokes but I’m just telling the truth. … Every time something comes up, it’s going to be something that reminds you of the Chris Rock situation.”
As Wallace’s comments made the rounds on social media blog sites, many expressed that the comedian’s feelings about the situation were extreme.
“Why people are SO mad at things that are none of their business.”
“Wow, that was totally unnecessary.”
“Wow, it’s never been this deep.”
“What!!!! That wayyyyy out of line! But nobody won’t talk about it! This man stood up for his black woman and of course the world hates that.”
“Why are people so angry about something that didn’t happen to them? Chris jokes about it while y’all go crazy…. And his kids had nothing to do with it, weird people.”
Among the previous answers, others claim that Wallace is just following the many people who have publicly spoken negatively about Smith. One wrote: “One thing about followers they will follow.”
Another said: “There are followers. He was your darling, now you’re suddenly talking crap and dragging his whole family with you? Too old.”
