Christopher Lloyd reprises his ROSEANNE role Lou in spinoff THE CONNERS: GeekTyrant

Christopher Lloyd will reprise his role as Lou roseanne in the AMC spinoff series The Conners. Thanks to Deadline we also have a first look photo to share with you. This photo shows Lloyd with series star John Gutman. It’s always great to see Lloyd show up in anything! In my opinion he doesn’t work enough!

Lloyd will appear in an episode entitled “The Best Laid Plans, A Contrabassoon and A Sinking Feeling” which will feature Darlene (Sarah Gilbert) “while struggling to cope with the stress of construction; and after a serious accident, she reevaluates everything and makes a life-changing decision.”

As for Lou’s involvement, he returns “as Mark’s (Ames McNamara) combative contrabassoon teacher; but after falling out with Mark, Dan (Goodman) steps in, only to realize that their similarities might outweigh their differences.”

Lloyd made his first appearance on the series in the revived season 10 of roseanne and he played Beverlys (Estelle Parsons) new friend.
