Sports Illustrated reports that Pulisic has at least two years left on his contract with Chelsea and was willing to extend the deal if it increased the chances of a loan deal.

Pulisic was part of the Chelsea side that won the Champions League in 2021, becoming the first American to play in a UCL final and only the second American to win the continental club competition after Jovan Kirovski did so with Borussia Dortmund in 1997 did.
