Chris Jericho provides update after recent hospitalization

Chris Jericho said he is feeling well despite being hospitalized in the UK earlier this week.
As stated, Jericho’s band Fozzy was scheduled to perform tonight at the Swansea Sin City venue in Swansea, Wales, but the venue announced on Thursday that Jericho has been hospitalized for a non-COVID- 19. The venue noted how they received a message from the band, which said Jericho “was examined by doctors at the Hospital, with a health problem unrelated to Covid, which is treatable. ” Jericho remained active on social media throughout Thursday, but there were no updates on his condition. The band also made a public appearance on Thursday, according to social media posts, which appear to have been made shortly before Jericho was hospitalized.
In an update, Jericho spoke to Wrestling Observer Newsletter and said the problem that caused him to be hospitalized was not serious.
“I am feeling good. They just wanted to watch me overnight and I was in the right place. Not related to COVID,” Jericho said.
Two days ago, it was announced that Fozzy’s 12-day “Save The World” tour of the UK was 100% sold out at every stop. Jericho noted to The Observer how the tour went.
“The tour was amazing. 100% was sold out and the crowd was completely disappointed,” he said.
As of this writing, there is still no word on the final two days of the Fozzy tour. The band just performed in Bournemouth, England on Wednesday night, and after tonight’s show in Swansea, are expected to wrap up the tour on Saturday with a sold-out show in Nottingham and on Sunday with a concert. sold-out show in London. Jericho did not appear on AEW Dynamite this week due to his Fozzy tour.
