Child dies in horror in pedestrian accident in Palmerston, NT

A child has died in a horror crash in the Northern Territory.

NT Police are at the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident in Palmerston on Tuesday afternoon that left a child, whose age is not yet known, died at the scene.

A crime scene has been set up in a car park on Molden Terrace.

Community members are asked to avoid the area.
