Basketball fans in Milwaukee were all ready to appreciate and celebrate their team heading to the Conference Finals again, but it was Boston Celtics marquee player Jayson Tatum who spoiled the party with his 46 points. Just to level up the series and send to game 7. However, the disappointment ended in massive chaos as reports of 3 people being shot dead outside the stadium were revealed this minute.

A 30-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl were shot and killed, according to the Milwaukee Police Department. Further investigation revealed that another 26-year-old woman was also brutally shot in the disaster. The latter somehow drove herself to the hospital while the Milwaukee Fire Department transported the other two victims. The incident reportedly happened at 9:12 p.m. on Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, one block from the Fiserv Forum. Police said they were present at the time of the shooting, prompting them to take into custody the suspect, a 29-year-old man. However, none of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries. The 30-year-old man was shot in the foot and the 16-year-old girl in the leg.

Milwaukee Bucks fans last year began the tradition of filling the Deer District during their run to the NBA Championship. They also returned for that year’s playoffs. During Game 6 vs. the Boston Celtics, the Deer District reached its capacity of 11,000 for the Watch Party scheduled outside of the Fiserv Forum.

Despite Giannis Antetokounmpo scoring 44 points in Game 6, the Bucks managed to lose by a sizable margin thanks to the exploits of Jayson Tatum. Bucks will come into Game 7 at TD Garden with a lot of pressure. But before that, surely the culprits and, more importantly, the reasons for such a horrific scenario should come to light.
