Cathy Heller, self-help coach, signs second book deal

Individuals seeking advice from self-help guide Cathy Heller typically face a daunting waiting list, but after signing their first Simon & Schuster book deal, the LA-based life coach’s wisdom becomes far more accessible.

Entitled Abundant Ever After: Building the Future You Can’t Stop Dreaming About, Heller’s new book outlines the steps to aligning with your truest, most personal self—from filtering intrusive thoughts to adjusting the vibrational energy of your environment. The novel will be published in hardcover on August 22, 2023.

As explored in her novel, Heller posits that all people have the ability to change their lives for the better and rewrite the narrative they are given – a journey she has experienced firsthand.

Heller has overcome child abuse and financial hardship. She channeled her trauma into a 12-week curriculum called Abundant Ever After to help others reach their potential and published her first book, Don’t Keep Your Day Job: How to Turn Your Passion into Your Career “. with St. Martin’s Press in 2019.

In addition to overseeing her counseling program, Heller also hosts a podcast that shares his name with her first novel. For Don’t Keep Your Day Job, Heller interviewed guests including Chelsea Clinton, Rachael Ray, Bobbi Brown and Deepak Chopra, which resulted in over 30 million downloads from podcast listeners, according to a press release.

Heller, represented by Gersh and Hansen, Jacobson, recently brought her podcast to AdLarge Media in hopes of further expanding her demographic reach. Cathy Heller, self-help coach, signs second book deal
