Cardi B serves up body and pink hair, several people online confuse her with Nicki Minaj

Cardi B Fans may need to have their eyesight checked after mistaking the rapper for him Nicky Minaj.

The ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper is making fans and critics do a double take after being spotted strutting along to Beyoncé’s latest single ‘Break My Soul.’ In a clip that has been circulating around the internet, Cardi and a group of male friends are serving her best ballroom aspirations to the house-inspired record.

“Your house looks fun because I want to be invited,” one person wrote, wishing they could take part in the promotion.

Another commented, “That guy ate her!” after noticing Cardi’s boyfriend following her with his best “pose” sashay.

But for others who watched the video, they couldn’t help but notice Cardi’s similar looks to the “Super Bass” rapper. “Not that I thought that was Nicki for a second,” one person wrote. Two other people shared similar reactions, writing, “Naw I really thought that was Nicki” and “Want to be NICKI MINAJ so bad…watch her wig omg what a copycat fraud.”

The wig in question was actually part of Cardi’s look for her daughter, Kulture Kiari Cephus’ mermaid fourth birthday party. Kulture is the firstborn of Cardi and her husband, rapper Offset. Taking to Instagram, Cardi shared adorable photos of Kulture wearing her whole smile as she posed in a skirt designed to look like a mermaid’s tail, a seashell bodice and a crown of perfectly placed seashells.

In September 2021, the couple welcomed their second child, a son named Wave Set Cephus.
