With how many Pokémon you will collect and catch in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you will have to manage the space available in your boxes. If you have a lot of unwanted Pokemon that are either duplicates or underpowered, you might as well clear them out to make room for something potentially better. While unlocking Pokemon one at a time is easy enough, it can be slow and cumbersome. With that in mind, can you release Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in bulk?

Can you bulk release Pokemon in Pokemon Scalpel and Violet?
Unfortunately, at least for now, you can’t release Pokemon in bulk in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. If you want to unleash multiple Pokemon at once, you’ll need to select and release them one at a time. Unless a future update implements a way to select multiple Pokemon while managing your crates, this slow and tedious process will remain the only way to get rid of them.
It’s a bit odd not to include it, considering you can select multiple Pokemon and move them between boxes, but there’s no way to unleash them all at once. Only one can be removed at a time, which is a bit of a headache when you’re catching multiple of the same Pokemon to get the best Natures, or when you’ve bred a lot of baby Pokemon.
While you can’t share multiple Pokemon at once in Scarlet and Violet, you might be able to if Pokemon Home services are integrated. Of course, the app won’t be compatible with the game for months after launch, so that’s not necessarily a great alternative at this point.
