Buccaneers star QB Tom Brady donates money to Damar Hamlin’s charity toy drive after Bill’s DB suffered cardiac arrest

Tom Brady is the NFL’s biggest star and proves once again why fans always love him. All week the NFL world has only been talking about one thing – Damar Hamlin’s accident during the game against the Bengals.

Like all other Monday night games, Bills vs. Bengals was extremely hyped as one of the teams would advance to the playoffs and win the game. However, due to Hamlin’s cardiac arrest, the game could not last long. Safety for the Bills made a tackle with Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins and fell; Damar stood up, only to fall again within moments.

The NFL world has been in a grim situation ever since – players and fans could not believe their eyes but everyone stayed strong and sent love, support and prayers for the safety of the Bills and his family.

On the other hand, Damar is an empathetic player, especially for his community – throughout his career he has constantly tried to provide for underprivileged children by sending them toys. He started his toy campaign with a goal of $2,500. However, after his horrific incident, people started noticing his contributions to the underprivileged children and showed strong support. Tom Brady is no different.

To date, The Hamlin’s Toy Store has received an outstanding donation of $7 million. Players and fans from all sports and all over the world have given their best to support Damar and his kind intentions to help the children. Also a great man, Tom Brady has come forward to show his support with an impressive $10,000.

The support Hamlin has received, particularly for his toy promotion, will indeed cheer him up as he makes his big comeback. However, in order for Damar to return to the field, he needs to recover.
