On Thursday, March 30, the former personal fitness trainer was walking across Los Angeles running errands at her Thousand Oaks home and was photographed without his wedding ring. A source who was reportedly in regular contact with Britney told the outlet, “I’m afraid she’s going to die,” amid allegations that Britney is struggling with her mental health and substance abuse. A source said the singer is on medication to “spice her up” and “went out of control” after she stopped taking medication “that stabilizes her.”

Sources reported that her manager had actually rented a house in the LA area for several months. According to insiders, Sam was supposed to bring an “unsuspecting” Britney to the house, where Sam, her manager, doctors and an interventionist would try to convince her to seek help.

Ultimately, however, the reported intervention never took place after Britney became “somewhat aware” of the idea of ​​an intervention.
