Braves unveil incredible opening day uniforms to honor the 2021 team

The Atlanta Braves will host the Cincinnati Reds on Thursday night and the team will be rocking some amazing jerseys.

After impressing the entire baseball world and winning the World Series last season, the Atlanta Braves are poised for more glory in 2022. Freddie Freeman may be out of town, but All-Star First Baseman Matt Olson is ready to be to maintain strong game go with the Braves.

As the team prepares to host the Reds on opening day this Thursday, Atlanta will take to the field in style. The team just unveiled their Game 1 kits and people are losing their minds.

Opening day will be very special for the Atlanta Braves

These gold caps are simply stunning. Braves fans on Twitter let the team know how much they love these hats too. Atlanta looks good, plays well on a whole different level.

After such a memorable season in 2021, Atlanta fans are ready for more of the same in 2022. A lot of attention is being paid to outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. throughout the season. Last year, the superstar suffered a cruciate ligament rupture that broke countless hearts across the city.

Acuña has been working overtime in his rehab and is ready to remind people how good he can be this season. Atlanta seems primed for another big year and the addition of Olson has made things even sweeter for the club. While the loss of Freeman hurt, Olson’s big slugger and impressive game should get fans over things pretty quickly at first.

Opening day is fast approaching for Atlanta. After the MLB lockout delayed things, SunTrust Park will be rocking Thursday to welcome players home.
