Circuit Court Judge Florida Vincent S. Chiu found that any public interest that existed in disclosing the records of Saget’s death outweighed the family’s right to privacy. Chiu’s order blocked 90 photographs, four body camera recordings of the investigating officers, and autopsy information from being released to the public.
