Blur Darius Garland, Trust Dennis Schroder in the Cavaliers vs. Celtics

The BetSided team is always ready to support the players for this NBA season, sharing our favorite and best backing bets every day of the year.

These are the plays that our team is eyeing the chart with tonight with all odds via WynnBET:

Jayson Tatum BELOW 28.5 points (-115)

Jayson Tatum has not been able to shoot the ball well this season, currently scoring 42.2% while shooting from long distance 32.8%.

Tatum’s numbers seem forced because the Cleveland Cavaliers have a number of players absent, but Cleveland also plays at a pace below 10 and can try and finish this as it is short-handed.

Tatum has surpassed this number just once in his last five games after a tense spell earlier this month, and he has scored 21 and 23 points in his first two games against the Cavs this season.

Dennis Schroder is back to eliminate Tatum (joke, but not completely), and Tatum is just averaging 25.9 points per game this season. Give me the one below. – Peter Dewey

Darius Garland BELOW 7 Support (-115)

Darius Garland is averaging 7.3 assists this season, a career high, but I don’t think he’ll hit seven tonight when Cavaliers to Boston to meet Celtics.

First off, he hasn’t hit seven assists in three straight games, and now he’s facing a Celtics team that are allowing the third-leastest number of assists per game at 21, 8. Boston is also 4th in assists per opponent’s possession with 0.213. I’ll take the opportunity to stay below on his total assists tonight. – Iain MacMillan

Dennis Schröder OVER 4.5 assists (-105)

Schröder and the Celtics host the short-sleeved Cavaliers tonight without Evan Mobley, Jarrett Allen and Issac Okoro in arms, providing Boston’s only chance to get a few easier glimpses inside.

Schröder should record meaningful minutes with seven of his teammates in accordance with NBA health and safety protocols, and with the minutes extending at this point there will be more opportunities to distribute.

With Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown back in action, find a way to both get stronger as they head towards the basket without the massive sizes of Mobley and Allen in between to get in the way.

Schröder has dropped in the last two games, but he also has limited minutes in both. They will need his presence on the pitch tonight, but more so as a moderator. – Ben Heisler Blur Darius Garland, Trust Dennis Schroder in the Cavaliers vs. Celtics
