To start the Coliseum quest in Blox Fruits you need to go to the cafe in the Kingdom of the Rose in the second sea. Here you will find Bartilo and if you talk to him, the search will begin. He gives you the objective of killing 50 Swan Pirates. You will find them behind the big wall in front of the café on the right. They are level 850 enemies, so you need to be that level or higher to stand a chance of defeating them.

When you’re done, go back to the cafe and talk to Bartilo. This time you get the objective to kill Jeremy. You’ll find him on the giant ring at the top of the cliffs just past where you killed the swan pirates. It’s a level 850 boss, so you’ll need to be strong and reactive to defeat it.

But first you need to go to the top of Swan’s Mansion, which is just behind the Colosseum. On the roof of mention you will find a dining table with some markings; Make a note of it or take a screenshot of it.

Now go to the Colosseum and at the very bottom you will find the entrance to the prison area. Here you can see the marker from Swan’s Mansion in various places. To free the prisons, tap the markers in the order they were written on the table. This will free the prisoner and open your way to the Third Sea.
