All eyes were on Bobby Lashley and Theory as WWE Money in the Bank 2022 kicked off. Organized at the packed MGM Grand Garden Arena in Nevada, the premium live event has already seen some spectacular fights, including the one featuring Bobby Lashley and Theory.

While Theory is known for being the most popular rising WWE Superstar, when it comes to picking former CEO Vince McMahon, the 24-year-old seems to have softened on the muscular Bobby Lashley. He put his WWE United States Championship on the line this Saturday, and after an action-packed match, the WWE Universe now has a new United States Champion.

Interestingly, Theory had referenced his feud with John Cena at SummerSlam for the past few weeks. But guess what, now that the 24-year-old isn’t the US champion anymore, there’s no reason he’d be in a title match that Bobby Lashley is holding right now. In fact, Theory didn’t look like a champion for most of the game.

Early on, Lashley unleashed his dominating “beast” self. The defending champion almost trembled with fear as a result of Lashley’s early dominance over him as he ran through him.

However, being young and ignorant, Theory has yet to realize his true potential. On the other hand, Bobby Lashley’s physical and mental strength far exceed theory. He had a great chance to prove himself against Lashley this Saturday. He was aiming for a clean win over the former world champion.

However, Lashley had other plans and emerged victorious from the big night. Two-time WWE Champion wins United States Championship title.
