Tencent is a Chinese gaming company that wants to control the entire Chinese gaming market but hasn’t World of Warcraft in China. (Ignore the fact that Netease no longer controls it either.) But someone at Tencent had a brainwave. “What is World of Warcraft like, anyway?” he asked. “Elves and trees and dragons and shit, right? We can do those.” So now we have Tarislandwhich very often happens when your mother tells you we have it Impressive at home.
