Bauer sucht Frau 2022: Bomb call leaves Bauer Benjamin shaken

He’s already been through an emotional roller coaster in his search for love, but on Monday night’s episode of Farmer Wants a Wife, Farmer Benjamin was rocked by a devastating phone call.

Benjamin had previously told viewers that he was “uncomfortable and uncomfortable” having to choose between three ladies he had feelings for when his world was unexpectedly rocked.

While Erin, Lyndsay and Hannah were still at the farm, Benjamin could be seen pacing the garden while talking on the phone.

“Look, I just got off the phone with my dad,” a visibly distraught Benjamin told viewers.

“Right now there are some family things going on and I need to be with him and my family.

“I feel terrible that I have to get off the ship and leave the ladies alone. I can’t do anything else.”

Hannah revealed that Benjamin had been told his grandmother was not well.

“It was horrific to see Benjamin so upset,” she said.

“He has a lot to do. His head is full right now and I don’t know how one person can handle so much,” added Lyndsay.

“He understandably needs some quality time with his family. Needs some space,” Erin said.

The devastating news meant all three ladies were staying longer at the farm and no one was being sent home.

Farmer Ben also fought back tears in Monday night’s episode as he made the “heartbreaking” decision to send Maddison home.

After discussing some difficult topics with Leish during a solo date on a houseboat, Ben seemed torn on what to do.

He was concerned that Leish would not move to his country house if he chose her as his final choice.

“Kiani came into the house and there’s a connection there,” Ben said over wine and oysters on the boat. “I was torn from the start.”

“Ideally, I would want someone to move into the yard right away,” the farmer told viewers in one on-camera play.

“I have no qualms about Kiani moving to the farm,” he added.

When it came time for the dinner party, Ben seemed really struggling with his decision.

He was close to tears as he struggled over what to do.

“I was really torn apart by the decision,” Ben told the girls. “It was full of emotion for me and you probably noticed that I wasn’t myself.”

The farmer said he “hurt” at making the decision before eventually announcing he would be sending Maddison home.

“I’m really sorry. You are an amazing person and never change the person you are because you are a beautiful girl inside and out and I really enjoyed getting to know you,” Ben told her.

“It’s fine,” Maddison whispered, looking dejected as she described him as “an amazing guy.”

“It hurts a little bit,” Maddison told viewers afterwards. “It’s okay. I gave it my all.”

“It’s heartbreaking because I know what it’s like. I’ve been told that before and it’s hard to have to tell someone that I don’t feel the way they do,” Ben added.
