Atlas is planning an Xbox crossplay PTS and adding bunnies for Lunar New Year

However, Studio Wildcard’s Grapeshot Games joins the list of MMO studios rolling out a happy Lunar New Year red carpet Atlas’ The next update is largely cosmetic in nature, as it consists mostly of statues and holiday vendor skins. It sounds like the company is a bit busy fixing Xbox issues:

“To start the new year off right, we’re stepping up our commitment to better support our Xbox community,” the team wrote. “Unfortunately, there have been several groundbreaking issues affecting Xbox players recently. As such, our primary focus for this patch is to push out a fix so that Xbox players can log into the game without crashing. We still have a lot more work to do to improve the Xbox experience, but we’re taking the necessary steps to get back on track. Further improvements and bug fixes will follow in subsequent patches. We opened a new crossplay-compatible Public Test Realm (PTR) so Xbox players can also participate in testing patches before they are implemented on live servers.”

Players can fill out the form to join the PTR and then check out the rest of the patch notes, which focus on bug fixes. Just note this The upcoming update was supposed to start yesterday and has already been postponed once.

Atlasshould of course be a huge pirate-themed MMO, but has been in Early Access for years with an ever-shrinking player base.
