Ashley Tisdale shares her top 10 favorite products

If there’s one thing we know about Ashley Tisdale, it’s that she is fabulous.
While that might have been a nod to her High School Musical days as 2007’s Sharpay Evans, Tisdale, 36, has come a long way.
We know this because we jumped on an exclusive call with the ‘Young And Hungry’ actress. It was there that she began her mental health journey.
“I grew up around acting, singing and musicals, but little did I know that I suffered from anxiety and sometimes depression,” Tisdale told the Post.
To combat her mental health issues, Tisdale prioritizes what she calls “little rituals.” During this time, Tisdale opens a window, lights a candle, reaches for her skincare routine, or does a deep conditioner. Because, as the actress says, “It’s important to honor our bodies when we’re stressed by doing something to balance it.”

During this self-care journey, the 36-year-old also shared that she’s committed to a non-toxic lifestyle, which stems from her wellness brand, Frenshe.

“It’s about being good to yourself and starting with self-love,” said the Frenshe founder. “It took me a long time to get there and really appreciate myself. to feel sorry for myself. Talking to myself lovingly, and I think so [others] can come too. That is the most important thing for a pollution-free life.”
As Tisdale continued to tell the New York Post about her current condition, we heard a small voice babble in the background. It was none other than their newborn girl, Jupiter.
“She’s the best — she really is,” Tisdale said. “There are so many ways she changed my life. It’s just so much fun and gives me purpose.”
Throughout her journey as a new mom, Tisdale has learned to prioritize what she really wants to do in the industry.

Most recently, Frenshe partnered with UGG’s Koolaburra, which Tisdale described as a “dream collaboration.” There, she handpicked five spring styles called “Frenshe’s Picks.”

Clearly, Koolaburra by UGG houses some of the best shoes out there, and Tisdale agrees.
“I live in them — they’re so amazing,” Tisdale said. “I love them because they’re all about lightness, but they also look great aesthetically. As a mother, actress and founder of Frenshe, I definitely value comfort these days.

“I love Joanna Vargas masks,” Tisdale gushed about the brand. “She’s my personal esthetician and her products have helped my skin so much, especially when I’m under a lot of stress and breakouts.”
These special Twilight face masks contribute to a radiant complexion and give the skin a boost of niacinamide and moisture.

“I love Virtue’s anti-frizz styling cream,” Tisdale said, and so do we.
“It’s absolutely clean and I feel good knowing that no toxic ingredients are getting into my hair – and it’s vegan too!”
The styling cream also conditions and smoothes wet or dry hair and eliminates frizz.

“Opening a window and lighting a candle just changes the energy in the room and it’s one of my favorite rituals,” the actress shared. “I always have Maison Blazacs 1642 somewhere in my house.”
We’d have it in our homes 24/7, too, as it’s an ode to a 17th-century vanitas, featuring notes of violet, blackberry, and cedarwood

“I love any type of facial tool,” Tisdale told the Post. “I suffer from temporomandibular joint so my jaw can be very tight. I use a facial tool to tighten and also massage my face.”
She also shared that Nurse Jamie is home to some of her favorite tools as the brand offers rollers, beauty blades, exfoliating tools and more.

“My favorite scrub is the Toiletry Body Exfoliator with Eucalyptus,” shared the Frenshe founder. “Scents play a big part in my mood, and I find the combination of sandalwood and eucalyptus really calming when I’m doing my bath routine.”
Another note of note is that the body scrub is made with bamboo charcoal, AHA/glycolic acid, and BHA/salicylic acid, which provide exfoliation, softening, and renewal.

“Living in Los Angeles, I definitely get a lot of sun time, so I always make sure to wear sunscreen,” the star explained. “I love SuperGoop’s products because they are so sheer and always apply so well.”
With more than 2,000 outstanding reviews on Sephora, we think buyers would agree with Tisdale’s remarks. We know we do.

Are you looking for a facial mist that will soothe skin and reduce the appearance of redness? So do we, and Tisdale has the best choice.
“I’m a big fan of Tower28’s products because they’re so clean and simple,” said Tisdale. “I can use her facial mist when I’m in need and feel instantly refreshed.”

“I try to work out a few times a week – usually Pilates – so it’s important for me to have a deodorant that I can rely on. I love Native because they are plastic free.”
We have to say we’re on board with this choice too, as it’s the same naturally derived and effective indigenous formula we’ve all come to love, but just with a sustainable twist.

Summer Fridays has some of our favorite products, and that goes for these iconic masks, which Tisdale named one of their favorites.
“I have a few different Summer Fridays products because they’re never missing, but I really love her jet lag mask,” Tisdale told the Post. “Depending on the day, I can use it as a simple moisturizer or as a leave-on mask.
This mask is back with niacinamide, glycerin, hyaluronic acid and antioxidants.
