How to check if EA servers are down
Since EA releases games on every current platform, it is highly unlikely that every game will experience problems as each game runs on different servers. This stuff mostly happens because a new season or content update is released in games like Apex Legends and a lot of people are jumping into the game and overloading the servers. We recommend checking the first EA Help Twitter page. They’re pretty good at keeping up to date with current issues across all of their games, so this should be your first port of call.
If you haven’t found anything on the Twitter page, we recommend checking the status of your platform’s servers. Below are links to all three console server status pages.
You can also go to the EA Help site to search for answers to your game’s issues. Select the Games dropdown menu at the top left of the page and look for the game you think is having server issues. When you get to the main page of this game, you should see a server status icon at the top of the screen. This will tell you if this game is currently having issues or not. Make sure the website has your region set in the top right corner.
If you’re still having issues and no outages are being reported, we recommend contacting EA Help at the link above for direct assistance.
