How to defeat Rocket Leader Sierra

We recommend avoiding using Grass-types since Blaskizen and Lapras can count them out during a fight, but an Electric or Fighting-type would work well against these three Pokemon.

Third Pokemon

The third Pokemon Sierra that can be used against you is a Houndoom, Nidoqueen, and Drapion. These Pokémon share a similar weakness in ground attacks. As such, we recommend using a reliable Ground-type Pokémon to knock them out and saving it for that final encounter. You should have little trouble with these three Pokemon, but if you do, having a Pokemon in your roster that also knows a Ground-type Pokemon outside of this primary choice would be a good idea to ensure victory against Sierra.
