“Accidental and Cunning” Lacey Evans’ wardrobe malfunction on Smackdown is derided by WWE fans

Lacey Evans last competed in the ring on November 11, 2020 when she competed in a six pack challenge. That match was ultimately won by Shotzi and Lacey’s losing streak, which continued since June 26 with her last win against Shayna Baszler in Odessa, Texas. Now she has gone through a wardrobe malfunction that has led to divided opinions from fans.

On January 27, at a Friday show, the military vet finally made her comeback in 2023 after a long hiatus. She fought Jazmin Allure and eventually defeated her opponent with the Cobra Clutch Submission Hold. After picking up the win, she announced her participation in the upcoming Royal Rumble event.

As per the rules, there are 30 contestants and Lacey’s announcement brought the number of confirmed wrestlers to just 11. She is currently seen returning to her military routes and will likely seek to bring that influence to San Antonio, Texas. Although recent rumors suggest the Royal Rumble winners have already been chosen, Cobra Clutch will be looking to surprise everyone involved.

But even before that, there was another big incident with the vet that fans are talking about a lot. During the game, a sole came off one of Evan’s boots. She was surprised, but quickly improvised and tried to use the sole as a weapon. Fans had interesting reactions to the accident.

One fan said: “Lacey Evans, haven’t seen her in a while. The sole of her boot came off and she wanted to use it as a weapon. Accidental and clever.”

Another fan wrote: “Losing the sole of her boot in every match should become @LaceyEvansWWE
gimmick. Plus she looks jacked!”

Some didn’t pull punches, “Lacey Evans boot rips is just too damn funny. This woman is cursed.”

What do you think of the cute little accident?
