“A GUY PEOPLE LOVE TO HATE”; Booker T wants the WWE star to turn heel FirstSportz

Booker T is a living legend. A six-time world champion, he held the WCW World Heavyweight Championship five times and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship once. Booker was only the second African American (after The Rock) and the first purebred black man to hold the World Championship in WWE. Aside from the World Championship, Booker T has won the US Championship three times and the Intercontinental Championship once. He is an 11-time tag team champion in WWE and WCW together, 10 times with his real brother Stevie Ray, and once with Scott Steiner.

On his The Hall Of Fame podcast, Booker T describes how he’s enjoyed the recent Rk-Bro babyface storyline and feels that Randy Orton’s partnership with Riddle is fun, but he wants a The Viper turns on his heel mode.

Booker T says: “THE ONLY THING WHAT BREAKS ME IS SEEING RANDY ORTON BACK IN THIS ‘LEGEND KILLER’ MODE, A GUY PEOPLE LOVE TO HATE. NOT THAT HE DON’T DO A GOOD WORK WITH RIDDLE NOW, THIS IS ALMOST LIKE THE UNUSUAL COUPLE, (LIKE) BOOKER T AND GOLDUST, LET’S GO OUT AND HAVE SOME FUN. BUT WHEN IT COMES TIME BACK TO BUSINESS BACK I WOULD LIKE TO SEE RANDY ORTON BACK IN THAT HEEL MODE, I’M TALKING ABOUT GOING ON OVERDRIVE, GOING OUT DA AND REALLY BRINGING THE FANS A DEFINITE FEEL.”

While Randy Orton has been a great babyface on his current run with Team RK-bro, Booker T feels turning his heel is hurting his traction. Randy Orton has been the most villainous heel in WWE for a decade and according to Booker, “HE’S THE GUY YOU CAN PUT IN THE MAIN EVENT PICTURE IN THE CASE OF A HAT, AND PEOPLE WILL BUY JUST BECAUSE HE CAN GO OUT THERE.” AND PULL THIS LOAD.”

Randy Orton is currently one half of the Raw Tag Team Champions along with Riddle and their name is RK-Bro and they will next face Jimmy and Jay Uso of “The Bloodline” in a tag title unification bout at the next WWE Live -Compete Premium Event. Wrestlemania Backlash’.
