A 17-year-old boy who was driving the limousine was also taken to hospital in critical condition.
Two people in the van – a 49-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman – suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Illiana, who worked at Woolworths, is remembered by her loved ones as a “beautiful girl” and “a friend to many”.
“Whether it was her colleagues, friends or strangers, everyone knew she could put a smile on anyone’s face,” friend Mackenzie Blackburn wrote in one GoFundMe.
Illiana’s mother, Teresa Bunyoung, wrote on Facebook, “I will carry you in my heart forever my beautiful girl.”
The investigation into the crash continues.
