It would be an absolute rumor if midfielder Bo Nix was indeed transferred from Auburn.

Aged 6-6 for the year and dealing with a broken ankle, inheriting midfielder Auburn Bo Nix doesn’t rule out moving out of the program after he graduates in a few weeks.

Nix got a big shoe for playing in a similar position at his father Patrick’s alma mater. Although Nix’s job at The Plains didn’t go well, he did more good than bad during his three years at Auburn. With Bryan Harsin entering his second season as head coach Auburn, it may be time for Nix to leave his beloved alma mater and join another show as a senior grant.

Nix gave priority to NFL above all in his final college football season.

Bo Nix transfer rumors: 5 teams where Auburn’s successor QB could end

SMU Mustang

Auburn connection could make sense with Rhett Lashlee at SMU

Although he didn’t recruit him to Auburn, SMU’s new head coach, Rhett Lashlee, became the Tigers coach for the first time. Lashlee was the main offensive coordinator associated with the Gus Malzahn era of Auburn football. Although SMU is a Team Five school, the Mustangs have been one of the better teams at The American over the past half-decade in Dallas.

Gus Malzahn could welcome a familiar face in his second season at UCF

Nix’s head coach during his first two years at Auburn was Malzahn. While he quickly returned as the next head coach at UCF to replace Josh Heupel, things did not go well during Malzahn’s first year in Orlando. With the longtime Knights starting the transfer of quarterback Dillon Gabriel, that could open the way for Nix to reunite with his former head coach Auburn to win The American.

Although either of these schools in the AAC will work for Nix, he will want to increase his draft.
