49ers GM John Lynch reveals a text he sent to Tom Brady following the announcement of the seven-time Super Bowl champion’s retirement from the NFL

Recently, John Lyn revealed a message to Tom Brady discussing his retirement matter.
Despite several setbacks, the San Francisco 49ers exceeded many people’s expectations by advancing deep into the playoffs last season. Unfortunately, their starting quarterback Trey Lance suffered an injury in Week 2 of the season, meaning Jimmy Garoppolo was put in charge of the team.
Garoppolo assumed the role of starting quarterback until Week 13, when he too suffered an injury and the team had to make further adjustments.
A notable underdog in NFL history, Brock Purdy defied all expectations after being picked as the last pick in the 2022 draft. Against all odds, Purdy was able to lead the tournament San Francisco 49ers to win multiple games as a substitute for Garoppolo and Lance.
Ahead of the NFL Combine, 49ers general manager John Lynch opened up about the team’s quarterback situation and also conveyed his best wishes to a recently retired player.
What Tom Brady message did John Lynch reveal?

John Lynch is widely recognized as one of the NFL’s finest general managers. Although it hasn’t been officially announced, Lynch and the 49ers have strongly hinted that they will part ways with Garoppolo in 2023.
With Lance and Purdy in the mix, the 49ers seem confident they have a solid quarterback lineup going forward.
He’s certainly difficult to argue with, especially given Purdy’s success.
In 2022, the 49ers have established themselves as one of the top teams in the NFC and look to repeat that success next season.
Assuming Lance is at full strength going into the season, the question remains: who will be the team’s first quarterback on day one?
However, this incident, in which Lynch reveals a message to Tom Brady, shows that he is also a Brady fan.
