The Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers will go head to head on Saturday night with the winner set to advance to the NFC Championship. This will be the Packers’ first time going through the knockout stages this year after saying goodbye to the No. 1 seed in the first round. Meanwhile, the Niners head to Lambeau Field after a suspenseful upset win before Dallas Cowboys. San Francisco entered the split as the weakest team in the four-game standings, so they’ll need to throw their best punch to go through.

Green Bay Packers -5.5
“The 49ers impressed in the lane and beat Dallas. But this will be the third game in the straight line. It’s tough. The Packers are going to say goodbye and will bring the injured back in. That’s a big advantage. for the Packers The key to defeating the 49ers is blocking them ahead The Packers have done a great job of that this year and now they’ve left them behind. David Bakhtiari back to reinforce the front. I think Aaron Rodgers will get success in the match against the 49ers middleweight. The key to protecting the Packers will be how they stop the run and get the game in Jimmy Garoppolo. I think they’ll do a solid job – even if they won’t stop them – to find a way to pull this game out and progress to the main game. The 49ers are a dangerous team, but Rodgers will be the difference. “- CBS Sports NFL senior analyst Pete Prisco on why he booked and rolled with the Packers. CBS Sports gambling and fantasy editor RJ White was left in tears with the Packers-related selections. White had a remarkable 50-16-1 result in his last 67 picks involving Green Bay, returning more than $3,100 to anyone who has followed him. In this game against San Francisco, White knows a key X-factor that makes him favor one side of the difference. We can tell you he’s leaning towards Under Total, but to see his picks for this game you’ll have to head to SportsLine.
“49ers were able to deal with sadness against Cowboys in Dallas, but it’s hard to feel great when they get that win. Basically, San Francisco begged the Cowboys to come back in that game with Jimmy Garoppolo Make some mistakes that – against a better opponent – will send them home. The Packers, under Aaron Rodgers, is the kind of team where the 49ers can’t make late-game mistakes like that because the midfielder can cost you. Rodgers has failed to beat the Niners in the knockout stages in the previous three games they have faced in his career, but I believe that will change the phase after this season.
“The packers are a NFL-best 7-1 ATS at home this season and 4-0 ATS in their previous four away trips in the divisional stage. San Francisco is a strong top laner (6-4 ATS), but I believe this team will make some late game mistakes that ultimately prove it. It also doesn’t help that it might not have a passing star thruster Nick Bosa (concussion) to put pressure on Rodgers. “- CBS Sports NFL’s Tyler Sullivan – who won ATS 5-1 in the Super Wild Card Weekend pick – on why he prefers the Packers to the Niners. “The Packers are the only team in the NFL that’s unbeaten at home this year, and now they’re playing a home game in conditions that would make Lambeau Field look like a giant igloo. I think the 49ers will hold out. this, but I can’t fight the Packers here. Prediction is Aaron Rodgers got his first career win after last season the team that inspired him in 2005 NFL Drafts. “- CBS Sports NFL writer and Pick Six Podcast co-host John Breech on why he is choosing the packers to beat the 49ers, 23-20.

“A frozen tundra is expected at Lambeau Field on Saturday with cold winds forecast to be below zero and occasional gusts of 20 mph. It’s going to be tough skiing for right now. Even the most experienced players in cold weather situations, but especially for Jimmy Garoppolowho wants? CBS Sports’ John Breech pointed out in his weekly picks – never threw a professional pass in a game where the temperature was below 40 degrees. Under is 6-4 for the 49ers on the road this season. “- CBS Sports NFL’s Tyler Sullivan writes about why he’s leaning towards the Under team in the Packers-49ers.
The best prop option
Jimmy Garoppolo’s Total Intercepts: Over 0.5 (-135). Garoppolo has made five interceptions in his last three appearances, including a playoff win over Dallas last week. He seems good with at least two or three false throws in a game, which should be enough to open the door for an intercept. This season, opposing quarterbacks are averaging 1.5 interceptions per game at Lambeau Field, the second most in the NFL.
Deebo Samuel Total javelin yards: Over 37.5 (-115). Over the past two weeks, the 49ers have more than doubled their use of Samuel out in the backyard. His 18 rushed attempts last week and in Week 18 were the highest of any two-game run this season. With that increased workload, Samuel rewarded San Francisco an average of 6.5 yards per take. It’s hard to see them dodging him this weekend, especially with the Packers allowing 4.7 yards per game, tied for third in the NFL.
Allen Lazard total score received: Over 37.5 (-115). Lazard has surpassed this number in three consecutive regular-season closing games and has averaged nearly six goals per game in that span. With so many looks from Rodgers and Lazard averaging 12.8 yards per reception, it may not take long for him to top this prop.
