3 Yankees players who shouldn’t be snooping on the postseason roster

These three New York Yankees players proved they shouldn’t be on the team’s roster in the postseason.
Despite the “collapse” of the New York Yankees go through, they will find themselves in the postseason. They’ll likely even get a bye in the first round and secure the #2 seed.
The bigger concern for Yankees fans is what to do after they actually get into the postseason. Is this another year they bounce early?
Assembling the best possible roster is a task ahead of the battered Yankees in hopes of getting the boys back on the field and healthy as soon as possible.
1) The Yankees’ postseason lineup should not include Oswaldo Cabrera in any way
The Yankees often put Oswaldo Cabrera in right field these days. A switch they had to pull due to mounting injuries to other players, it’s clearly nothing more than a temporary fix to a growing problem for this Yankees team.
New York has had outfield issues since the start of the season. Giancarlo Stanton’s inability to play outfield regularly was already putting them in a tight corner. It was Aaron Judge’s ability and willingness to play well in midfield that saved her in more ways than one.
Cabrera, a passing answer in right field, is about getting through. Once Andrew Benintendi returns, it would make sense to send Cabrera back to minors. Cabrera’s early struggles with the side have not built anyone’s confidence in what he can do for the club.
While we shouldn’t completely write him off as a future outfielder for this team to maybe even hopefully replace Aaron Hicks, he’s not one to see in the postseason.
