The Utah Jazz are battling for home advantage in the first round and have racked up three straight wins in Monday night’s game against the Nets.
Let’s take a look at some of the odds in favor of this match, courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.
Kevin Durant OVER 30.5 points (-110)
Durant has the advantage of playing without Kyrie Irving on the field tonight. Durant scored 38 goals Friday night against Portland at home in just his most recent great game at the Barclays Center. So far this month without Irving, Durant is averaging 36.3 points per game. The best of these was the explosive 53-point game against the Knicks last Sunday.
Jazz has no one to stop Durant if he chooses to take over the game.
Donovan Mitchell 5+ Threes Made (-105)
Mitchell is enjoying a hot streak from behind the arc that few players could hope to match. He won 7 to 12 last night against the Knicks and 9 to 15 last Wednesday against the Bulls. That number averaged about 60% shot from the deep in his last two games and the two games where he had 27 attempts in total.
I see another bright night in Mitchell’s future tonight.
Rudy Gobert 3+ blocks (+185)
Gobert may be leading the NBA in rebounds, but that’s not his only dominant stat. He also leads the league in shots saved. Gobert will have a four-block night with the Knicks on Sunday. It was the second four-time performance in his last three games. He has surpassed this total on three of his last five occasions.
Meanwhile, the Raptors ranked 26th in blocking opponents per game with an average of 5.1 per game.
