The march to crown a national men’s college basketball champion is heating up as the second round of the 2023 NCAA tournament draws to a quick close on Sunday. After a fun Saturday, we’re halfway through Round 2 and will fall to just 16 teams remaining after an exciting Sunday slate.

Sunday starts like Saturday—with two standalone games back-to-back on CBS—and ends the same as Saturday. We’ll have a frantic sprint to the finish line with FDU-FAU, Miami-Indiana and TCU-Gonzaga all in the late window across multiple networks merging in multiple windows.

Kansas State, #3, and Kentucky, #6, begin at 2:40 p.m. ET. There will be no No. 1 seed in action after Purdue bowed out to Fairleigh Dickinson in Round 1, but the 16th seed Knights will take center stage in the late window as they take on No. 9 seed FAU line up – with history at stake. No 16-seed has ever advanced into Round 3, which the FDU can match with a win on Sunday. 2023 NCAA Tournament Schedule, Dates
