The 2022 Winter Olympics are underway, and Maxar Technologies has released satellite images showing what many locations in Beijing and around China look like from space.

The Winter Olympics are taking place in Beijing, the host city of the 2008 Summer Olympics. Opening ceremonies kicked off the event on Friday (February 4) at 6:30 a.m. EST. , although some events such as billiards started earlier this week.
